You don´t have to master the grammar or have a perfect pronunciation in order to learn a few sentences and be able to order a drink at the bar, dinner at the restaurant, count to ten or say good morning/afternoon/night in Icelandic. It is always fun to learn a new language, even though it is just a few words or sentences.
If you want to learn any specific words or sentences, please write them down and we will help you say and write them in Icelandic. This is a relaxed get- together where you will have an opportunity meet up with others and learn a few words and sentences in Icelandic.

The cost is ISK 5000. Thursday 8:00 – 9:30 pm at Thorvaldsen Bar, Austurvollur. Included: Learn Icelandic notes/material. A native speaker will help you with forming sentences and teach you the correct pronunciation. One beer or a glass of white/red housewine, bread basket with pesto & butter.
